I just attended an event yesterday. It's Streetfest down at the Scape Youth Park at orchard road~

I went as Ranka Lee from Macross frontier. This is my second hand tailored costume, I don't really have the basic knowledge on sewing but thank god Ariki passed me some of her dress templates so that I can have a rough idea on how to sew out the dress. (thank you so much~~~ *hugs*)And I have to also thank my friend Kenneth for letting me use his sewing machine to bring in the hems of my dress. And apparently the dress was not very well sewn... and it was lose at the top... *cries* I had to use double sided tapes to secure the top and I'm not proud of it >.< Fails at 1st attempt in dress making... ;_;

What's most important was that I enjoyed myself at streetfest, I got to meet up with a lot of my fiends and catch up with them. ^^ I also have to thank my friends for helping me out with the dress and making sure that it didn't slip. (Thank you all!)

However, the sad part was my boots... the soles came off completely and I had to leave the event early =x

Although my costume wasn't perfect, I hope that I could fix the flaws and have the shoot the following week~ ^^

And I have lots of costumes to prepare for shoots and events. ^^ I know I have a backlog of pics to upload too *spins* I'll try to upload them bit by bit if I can find the time =s

Well... I think I'll be more busy with looking for an university... since MOE did not accept my application, perhaps I need to widen my experiences. I still do have a keen interest in pursuing a career in education ^^ I'll be looking at a course in psychology~ ^^
